OneSchool Global is immediately seeking a dynamic and creative Campus Principal for our Oxbow Campus!!

Responsibilities

:

As a Campus Principal, you will lead your staff and maintain a positive campus culture. Willingness to engage with all stakeholders including parents, students and the greater community to promote the curriculum and events happening at the campus. Administrative duties such as reporting to the National Leadership Team, managing schedules, updating grades, attendance and tracking of Professional Development for staff members. Possess a strong ability to multi task and a clear understanding of Best Practices for Self-Directed Learning (SDL). Advanced project management skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional Learning Community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred. Evidence of sensitivity and respect for others and a willingness to work within cultural boundaries.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Educational Leadership Saskatchewan School Administrator/Principal Certification Willingness to take a criminal background check Willingness to be part of a collaborative educational team; Effective communication skills, both oral and written; Professional learning community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred; Evidence of sensitivity and respect for others and a willingness to work within cultural boundaries

Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, education and training.

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
