Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Provide visionary leadership for the Vancouver campus, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Apply strong business acumen and a solid understanding of global economic and immigration trends to develop strategic decision-making and implement long-term growth. Achieve established targets related to financial performance, student enrollment, and student retention. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with government bodies, industry partners, academic institutions, and Vancouver's diverse communities. Actively engage with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers to foster a vibrant and inclusive learning environment. Lead the development of institutional partnerships, including linkage agreements, MOUs, and articulation arrangements (e.g., pathway, block, and transfer credit programs). Establish and promote employee professional development initiatives to support continuous learning and career progression. Represent the institution at internal and external events, ensuring visibility and engagement in key forums. Collaborate with admissions team, recruitment agencies and partners to support the growth of international student enrollment. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and project management to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:



Master's degree in a related field, such as business, management, etc. 10+ years of achieving operational and financial goals in complex organization. Good at financial planning, budget & expense control. Experience in project management. Progressively responsible people and administrative leadership. * Excellent in English. Ability in other languages such as Punjabi, Mandarin will be an advantage.
