The Campus Director balances academic integrity with operational and commercial effectiveness to drive institutional growth, reputation, and long-term success.
Set and execute the college's strategic direction, growth plans, and performance objectives in alignment with the Board.
Drive institutional innovation, continuous improvement, and market responsiveness.
Ensure alignment between academic excellence, operational execution, and financial sustainability.
Academic Governance & Quality Assurance
Provide executive oversight of academic programs, curriculum standards, assessments, and accreditation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, quality assurance frameworks, and licensing requirements.
Uphold academic integrity, instructional excellence, and student-centered learning outcomes.
Operational & Administrative Oversight
Oversee day-to-day college operations including admissions, student services, faculty and staff management, facilities, and academic administration.
Establish and enforce institutional policies, SOPs, governance structures, and compliance standards.
Ensure health, safety, and student welfare obligations are consistently met.
Enrollment Growth & Market Positioning
Lead enrollment and recruitment strategy in collaboration with marketing and admissions teams.
Strengthen Taylor Pro College's brand positioning and competitiveness in career-focused education.
Support new program development aligned with workforce and industry demand.
Financial & Resource Management
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
Ensure financial performance aligns with sustainability and growth targets.
Monitor operational efficiency and institutional risk management.
Faculty, Staff & Leadership Development
Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic and administrative leadership teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, performance excellence, and professional development.
Support succession planning and leadership capability building.
Stakeholder & External Relations
Act as the primary representative of the college to regulators, accrediting bodies, partners, employers, and community stakeholders.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance program relevance and graduate employability.
Candidate Profile
Master's degree or higher in Education, Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Doctorate (PhD/EdD) preferred but not mandatory.
12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in private colleges, vocational institutions, or higher education.
Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as Campus Director, Principal, Head of Institution, or equivalent.
Strong exposure to accreditation, compliance, enrollment management, and financial oversight.
