Collaborating with the Senior Strategist and under the leadership of the Senior Manager, the Campaign Strategist will be responsible for building marketing briefs, managing campaign execution and timelines as well as contribute to reporting and analysis. They will oversee ongoing Member communications and support in the development of weekly and quarterly performance reports. Lastly, the Campaign Strategist will also be responsible for the management of our campaign asset management system.

Your role as a Campaign Strategist, you will:

The Campaign Strategist, Retail and Wealth Line of Business Marketing (R/W LOB Marketing) must be a self-starter who is strong in project management and can handle many projects simultaneously while also meeting tight deadlines.

Marketing Project and Campaign Support

  • Support in the development and execution of multichannel product marketing campaigns that help Meridian attract, grow and retain our Member base.
  • Support in the development in our Meridian for Good initiatives including, New to Canada and ESG programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners across Martech, Creative, Analytics, Media, Brand and Content as well as external vendors and agencies.
  • Conduct market research and indexing relevant information in asset management platform.
  • Contribute to and maintain our library of campaigns and projects.
  • Assist in the follow up and reporting on performance marketing objectives.
Managing Run-Rate Programs
  • Oversee monthly Member communication programs including Member mailers, operational emails and website updates.
  • Manage quarterly reporting process across product line campaigns.
  • Support in the production and execution of weekly and bi-weekly internal stakeholder updates.
How you will succeed:
  • Minimum 3 - 5+ years of progressive marketing work experience
  • Strong Project Management skills and experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Jira and Confluence technologies etc.).
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Passion for measurement and using results to inform performance and future activities.
  • Experience working in Agile and Financial Services and/or Professional Services will be strongly considered.
  • Experience in developing and managing sales funnels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tactics across both digital (i.e. display, email, SEM/SEO, website, digital media, etc.) and traditional (i.e. OOH, TV, etc.).
  • Experience working with digital platforms and intranets (Sharepoint etc).
  • Certificates in related areas are a plus \xe2\x80\x93 project management, digital marketing etc.
