The Novus Marketing Department is seeking a

Campaign Specialist

to join our growing team in Oshawa, ON.

We're looking for a highly organized, results-driven marketer with a proven track record of digital success. In this collaborative role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across multiple channels -- while building strong partnerships with dealership staff, creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is fluent in marketing tools (email automation, design platforms, Google Analytics, copywriting), understands customer journeys, and can deliver actionable post-campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Strategy & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel dealership marketing campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads, print, events). Ensuring consistent UX and messaging across all touchpoints. Own campaign briefs, source creative assets required (images, video), and develop compelling, customer-centric copy. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to channel creative assets, provide direction, take feedback and keep on strict timelines. Manage approvals and feedback loops, ensuring campaigns are launched on schedule and at a high standard.

Project Management + Communication

Own and maintain campaign calendars, task tracking and ticketing process via Monday.com. Coordinate the workflow between designers, content creators, and dealerships--route revisions, manage approvals, and ensure timely delivery. Own creative feedback tracking in and ticketing process. Identify and propose opportunities to optimize creative, campaign performance or channels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and tag campaigns using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Analyze performance metrics from platforms including Google Analytics, Meta, CRM, and Monday.com. Track and report on campaign KPIs to assess ROI, maintaining monthly scorecards for each dealer with actionable insights and performance metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Reporting to the Manager of Dealership Marketing, but working closely with the entire marketing team to achieve broader company goals. Coordinate with content creators, designers, and the social media specialist to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets. Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to track campaign impact through the funnel and close the loop on lead performance.

Marketing Systems & Process Optimization

Master platforms like to track projects, manage timelines, and document campaign execution. Create reports from to track output. Maintain campaign documentation, including briefs, creative feedback, performance results, and process learnings. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-team collaboration. Project management experience is an asset.

Qualifications:



Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, performance metrics, and marketing funnel strategies. Experience using campaign management platforms (e.g., ), design tools, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Strong organizational and communication skills. Automotive industry experience is an asset.
