Our Campaign Managers expertly guide and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients, act as a strategic marketing and technology advisor, leverage their deep understanding of marketing and paid media to identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and drive measurable success.

Objectives of this role




Serve as a key contact for clients, implementing and optimizing paid media strategies aligned with their organizational goals. Provide clients with insights into campaign performance, helping them understand opportunities and challenges to improve their return on investment. Manage the setup, ongoing management, and continuous optimization of paid campaigns across major digital advertising platforms. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure integrated strategies that deliver cohesive, effective client solutions. Learn about and test new technologies and vendors to enhance campaign performance and add value for clients.



Responsibilities




Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Measure and analyze campaign performance, preparing insightful reports that highlight outcomes, trends, and optimization recommendations. Develop and deliver both routine and ad-hoc reporting, clearly communicating results and strategic recommendations to clients. Research and test new digital media platforms, partnerships, and tools to improve campaign effectiveness and performance. Contribute to refining internal processes, tools, and workflows, promoting operational efficiency and effectiveness Support the QA process Support AI-based services and initiatives Support ancillary services with new and existing clients Collaborate with team members by sharing best practices in paid campaign execution and optimization. Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned



Required skills and qualifications




2-3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, DV360, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign measurement, reporting, and optimization techniques. Excellent client management and communication skills, able to translate complex digital media insights into clear, actionable strategies. Proven track record of driving measurable results and campaign improvement through data-driven optimization.



Preferred skills and qualifications




Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, or related fields. Agency or similar fast-paced digital marketing environment experience. Certifications from leading digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, or DV360. Experience implementing A/B testing and multi-channel optimization strategies.
