What is a Social Media Campaign Manager at Yellow Pages?



The Social Media Campaign Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of social media campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses for example on Facebook and Instagram. They are accountable for the successful and efficient delivery of multiple campaigns, creation of engaging content for social media channels, quality assurance of all campaign deliverables and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



Determine overall social media strategy in line with client's marketing goals and YP's product expectations, taking into consideration the client's other products with YP. Deliver quality content that is original and reflective of the client's business. Monitor client's social media channels, respond to messages and comments in a timely manner, and interact with different audiences. Track monthly campaign performance and create reports to present to client on key metrics. Attend monthly touchpoint calls and serve as subject matter expert and educational resource for clients and sales team. Build and manage paid social advertising campaigns in line with client's social goals. Track and record advertising spend and performance to ensure all campaigns are fulfilled on budget. Identify opportunities for advanced advertising features such as Lookalike Audiences, Pixel, Dynamic Ads, and more. Suggest and implement strategies to develop brand awareness and deliver high performing campaign Remain up-to-date on industry trends and platform changes. Help to define and evolve workflow processes, procedures and tools in order to increase team efficiency. Share knowledge with the social and sales team through weekly group meetings and/or regular workshops. Recognize upselling and renewal opportunities within the account and work with sales team to pull necessary data.

Qualifications:



Degree level education or equivalent 1 to 3 years related experience in social media, writing, editing, communications or marketing An understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices Comfortable using Facebook's analytics tools, such as Ads Manager and Business Manager, and Instagram's insight tools. Confident explaining complex social media concepts to clients over the phone.

Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
