Summary

The Campaign Managers primary goal is to work cross functionally with the Marketing Teams; Paid Media, Organic, Social Content, Website CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Website DX (Digital Experience), Brand & Creative; and the Academic Partner to develop comprehensive, strategic campaigns focused on our critical KPI\'s of new student starts and cost per start. The campaigns will serve as a key point for supplying a strategic marketing plan across teams, from awareness to enrollment. The Campaign Manager as such, will require a high degree of collaboration with the associated teams and a strong partnership with Academic Partners.

General Responsibilities:

Provide strategic guidance and comprehensive campaign planning for all program campaigns

Collaborate with marketing, enrollment, cultivation, and partner support teams to adjust based on the business unit needs to reach budgeted enrolment starts.

Create monthly and quarterly strategic recaps to be reviewed and presented to Academic Partners as needed/requested.

Follows strategic oversight of Senior Director and Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning.

Insight into expected enrollment for all associated Academic Partner programs.

Lead Academic Partner Marketing Meetings.

Full understanding of Academic Partner programs and authentic voice.

Responsibility for tactical management across channels.

General Qualifications:

4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education.

Minimum of 3 years\' experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or media planning, with strong project management.

Experience in the management and development of budgets and media campaigns is strongly preferred.

Solution oriented and ability to drive innovative ideas forward.

Understanding and working knowledge of full funnel performance-based marketing campaigns and corresponding KPI\'s is required.

Knowledge of sales funnels and their connection/interaction points with marketing along with critical KPI\'s.

Understanding of marketing attribution models and their corresponding impact to down funnel KPI\'s.

Strong knowledge of marketing, website, and project management best practices.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Experience in higher education, and working in a cross-functional environment is preferred

Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting, analysis, and reverse engineering.

Is a self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful manager who is willing to help others; recognizes team contributions and achievements.

Has a positive, professional attitude and maintains effective working relationships interdepartmentally and with stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Additional Notes:

While this position is remote-eligible, it includes the potential of up to 10% travel. As such, candidate proximity to a major airport is preferred.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

Minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
