We are growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support our media strategists. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of digital media and marketing strategy.
Position Overview
As a Campaign Coordinator, you'll support the strategy, execution, and reporting of digital media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. Working closely with senior team members, you'll gain hands-on exposure to tools, platforms, and processes fundamental to digital media and client management.
This is a launchpad role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build their skills and grow into media strategy, account management, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
Assist with campaign planning, setup, and QA across SEM, programmatic, and social platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Support reporting efforts by gathering and organizing performance data from key platforms.
Participate in testing and optimization exercises (e.g. A/B testing, creative rotation, targeting refinements).
Help maintain and update campaign documentation, timelines, and tracking sheets.
Client & Team Coordination
Attend internal and client-facing meetings with senior team members to track action items and follow-ups.
Help compile campaign updates and client reports using slides, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate deliverables between internal creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Learning & Growth
Work closely with senior strategists to learn about client goals, KPIs, and digital media strategy development.
Receive structured training and on-the-job mentorship on digital tools, industry best practices, and compliance in healthcare marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have (but not required):
Exposure to digital marketing platforms (via co-op, internship, coursework, or certifications).
Familiarity with digital advertising terminology and concepts (e.g. CPC, CTR, A/B testing).
Experience with any of the following tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or a DSP.
Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Google Gemini) to enhance workflow, content development, or productivity.
