- Experience in camp cooking
- Food Safe tickets
- Independent, able to work with no supervision or assistance
- Capable of ordering, menu planning, stocking etc
- Capable of cooking all meals for a 15 man crew with a helper
- Comfortable with living and working in a remote camp for a few months at a time
