In-House Warm Calling Representative
to join our team at our Concord Head Office.What You'll Do
Call existing and prospective customers (no cold calling). Share information about GGH products, promotions, and services. Book follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team. Keep accurate notes in our CRM system (training provided). Work closely with the Head of Sales to support customer growth.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound calls. Organized and detail-oriented. Positive, team-oriented attitude.
