Responsibilities
Answer and handle incoming calls, providing information about Legion programs and services.
Redirect calls to appropriate departments or staff members.
Maintain call records and log inquiries.
Support Veterans, members, and visitors with respect and care.
Assist with organizing Legion events and initiatives when needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or call center is an asset.
Excellent communication skills and clear speaking voice.
Ability to work with computers and phone systems.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Friendly, resilient, and aligned with Legion values.
