Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from dental clinics regarding equipment repair needs
- Place outbound calls for client follow-ups, service updates, and repair status notifications
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in customer service software and technology
