Contact Centre Rep

, you are integral to the success of WCU. Under the general supervision of the Contact Center Manager, the Contact Centre Rep will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet out members' financial goals and needs. You will be responsible for receiving member phone calls and emails. You will attend to requests and solve problems in a courteous and professional manner. Your work will focus primarily on completing requests related to retail or personal accounts, basic investment products, cards, and online banking.

The starting salary for this position is $44,880 annually.

Your Spark (Qualifications):

Minimum grade 12 education with preference for post-secondary education.

Sales and service experience; preferably in the financial services industry.

Previous call centre experience is preferred.

Must have excellent communication and strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proven success working in a sales and service and goal-oriented environment.

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
