We are currently looking for a

Full Time

Call Center Specialist

to join our team in

Waterloo, ON.

Hours of Work:

Peak Season, April 1st to September 7th: Hours and Shift Time will rotate weekly, and applicants will need to be able to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work required during peak season.

Following peak season, shifts run Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:45pm from September 7th to March 31st..

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Call Center Manager, Onward Manufacturing is looking to add detail-oriented team players to our Customer Service department. The incumbents will play a key role in communicating with our consumer network, answering general questions related to the Company's products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to consumer general inquiries over various media forms Solution consumer product problems Educate consumers on product capabilities Enter consumer warranty / cash sale orders into our ERP Process cash sale transactions Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Personable and an Empathetic personality Attention to detail Reliable and dedicated to supporting the team General knowledge in MS Office applications (word, excel, power point, etc.)
