Resolve issues or escalate concerns to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow up with customers to confirm service details and ensure satisfaction. Support outbound communication for seasonal promotions, appointment reminders, and service updates. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions, building strong customer relationships. Collaborate with the administrative and field teams to deliver seamless service. Contribute to process improvements by identifying common questions or service opportunities.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a

call center, customer service, or administrative role
