full-time Call Center Representative
to support patient transport coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring patients are transferred safely and efficiently while providing professional, compassionate service to callers and crews. This is a

What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls in a professional, calm, and efficient manner
Accurately record, update, and share information using internal systems
Support colleagues during high call volumes
Respond to driver and crew questions in a timely manner
Escalate issues, concerns, or requests to Dispatch as required
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
What You Bring
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn
Experience & Qualifications
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Experience in healthcare, transportation, or dispatch is an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
Schedule
We operate 7 days per week from roughly 6:00 am to midnight. Shifts are scheduled in advance and may include evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
