Position: Call Centre / Customer Service (2 positions)
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $27 to $28 an hour
Job Type: Minimum 4-month contract to be evaluated for permanent hire
Hours: 7:45 to 4:00 pm flexible during core hours, full-time or part-time

Our client, a global pharmaceuticals and healthcare products company, is looking to hire 2 Customer Service Agents for their call center.
Perks:

- Flexible schedule
- Part-time or full-time (3-5 days per week)
- Working 2-3 days remote

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide product information
- Guide customers toward the best product or service
- Know about all the products and services
- Enter calls in the system - SalesForce
- Enter all communications for reports
- Follow procedure and company standards
- Resolve customer inquiries
- Execute other related tasks
Requirements:
- DEC or equivalent education in any field
- Call center experience
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual skills to support clients across Canada
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
