Our client, a leading customer service provider, is seeking multiple Remote Call Center Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (Must be located in New Brunswick)
Pay Range: $21/ HR to start
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent (Dental benefit, 3 weeks vacation)

- Handle high-volume customer calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize computer skills for assessments and tasks
- Adapt to rotating shifts, 7 days/week availability

- Internet connection (not wifi)
- Live in Canada in the last 6 years
- Computer literacy
- Private home office setup
- Minimum 50 Mbps internet speed and smartphone
- Able to pass security clearance and bankruptcy check.
