Manpower is seeking multiple call center agent in Atlantic Provinces. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, two years experienced in call center.Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (Must be the resident of New Brunswick, Newfoundland or PEI)
Pay Range: English 21/hr ; bilingual $23/hr
Contract Type: Temporary
Shifts: Monday to Friday Day shiftAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals inquiring about the product.What's the Job?
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products or services.
Provide accurate information and solutions to meet customer needs.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the database.
Follow company policies and procedures to resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
Stay updated on products, services, and company policies.What's Needed?
- Experienced in work from home call center environment (2 years)
- Internet connection (not wifi)
- Live in Canada in the last 6 years
- Typing speed 30WPM, familiar with MS office Word, Excel.
- Private home office setup
- Minimum 50 Mbps internet speed and smartphone
- Able to pass security clearance and bankruptcy check.
