Cake Decorator Advanced Level
Job Description
ONLY APPLY if you have professional baking and cake decorating experience.
Candidates should have the following:
Ability to ice cakes professionally in a fast paced environment
Must be able to write on cakes professionally.
Completion of Baking or Pastry course(s) is an asset;
6 months experience in a commercial scratch bakery;
Ability to lift 25 kg and stand the entire shift;
Ability to work independently;
Help out customers when needed.
Be able to decorate custom cakes
Responsibilities include:
Write and decorate cakes professionally.
Be able to work in a fast paced environment decorating not less than 4-5 cakes/hour.
Adhering to food safety procedures;
Keeping equipment and premises clean.
Perform closing shift tasks
Shifts are 10hours each 4 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
