We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, with experience in the food industry. As an Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and preparation.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their needs.
Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food handling practices comply with safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen facilities.
Support bartending operations by preparing beverages and serving drinks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety throughout all processes, from preparation to serving.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the team are crucial for success in this role.
Proserve license is required (can also be obtained once hired)
