As a Cafe Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:




Educating team members on consistently delivering a five-star experience Making smoothies and preparing orders for customers in Starbucks alongside the team Maintain inventory and replenish supplies Clean and sanitize equipment and cafe areas Reviewing time off requests, vacation days and prepare Cafe Associate schedules Assist with recruitment and selection of all new Cafe Associates Conduct new hire training Plan and host team meetings Inspect what you're expecting from the team to ensure standards are being met

To land this role you need to have;




3+ years in the customer service industry At least 1+ year in the food and beverage industry as a Supervisor Barista experience is considered an asset Post-secondary education relating to the health and fitness industry and additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset. All management/leadership team members are required to have Standard First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually. All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
