We're hiring for a

Cafe Supervisor

GENERAL OPERATIONS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

An understanding of and commitment to the mission and values of Pilot Coffee Roasters; Work with Cafe Manager on monthly sales budgets to achieve desired results Control weekly and monthly labour targets, making appropriate adjustments when necessary Keep the cafe clean, organized and fully stocked by ensure staff are following daily/weekly checklists Inventory, ordering and receiving products while minimizing waste and overhead and addressing/following up with quality related issues Report and resolve any inaccuracies or quality issues in orders that are received Initiate and execute special projects that improve an area of the business All other reasonable duties assigned by the company

Qualifications

Previous barista/cafe experience is required Previous customer service experience is required Experience operating a POS system is required Previous leadership experience is preferred Possession of a Food Handler's Certificate is preferred
