What you will be doing





Scheduling and training cafe staff
Ordering and maintaining adequate levels of product
Ensures that daily cafe duties are being completed
Managing the cafe budget to ensure cost effectiveness
Participating in the menu items creation process
Active role model by working shifts in the Cafe
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing outstanding service

Prior supervisory experience in the food industry Some barista training and food preparation experience Serving it Right Certificate Food Safe Training Passion for coffee and food Excellent communication and leadership skills Are a team player Successful multi-tasking abilities
