At Pallet Coffee Roasters, we aim to make specialty coffee approachable and share our love of good coffee with the help of our passionate, knowledgeable team.

We are currently hiring a Cafe Supervisor for a full-time role at our Oak location.

You will work closely with the Cafe Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and provide exceptional customer service.

This role requires availability both on weekdays and weekends.

What you'll need:

At least

2 years of

experience preparing and serving coffee. Knowledge of the

specialty coffee

sector. Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to support daily operations and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work flexible hours. Ability to perform daily bar opening and coffee dial in duties. Ability to thrive when faced with new challenges and keep calm under pressure. Attention to detail. A true passion to learn and grow. Be a punctual and reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills. FoodSafe level 1 certificate.
