About the Role:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure the floor runs at full efficiency and guests receive warm and welcome hospitality. The Supervisor will also support inventory, ordering, and administrative duties as required.

What you'll do:

Lead service team to provide warm, efficient service with genuine hospitality. Communicate effectively with guests and teammates, building strong relationships and running good shifts. Demonstrate and ensure proper steps of service with urgency, efficiency, and grace. Master espresso preparation, including dialing in, latte art, and station maintenance. Have a strong knowledge of the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance guest experience. Engage guests at every opportunity with warmth, and genuine curiosity. Maintain food safety standards in compliance with Department of Health regulations. Support the kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, presentation, and timing. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including stations and guest restrooms. Manage menu updates and item counts in digital systems.

What we need from you:

3+ years of experience in kitchens and/or service in a restaurant. Food Safe Certificate is an asset. Serving it Right is required. Problem-solving and delegation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to accommodate a flexible schedule. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to lift 50 pounds.
