We're opening a

brand new, late-night cafe lounge in the heart of Toronto

, just around the corner from TMU - and we're looking for baristas to help us make it the hangout spot for students, artists, creatives, and coffee lovers alike.

Whether you're pulling shots or spinning tunes during open mic night, this isn't just a cafe - it's a

community hub

. Think late-night lattes, music nights, brand activations etc...

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Crafting espresso-based drinks, teas (matcha, hojicha), and signature beverages with consistency and care Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage time efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service. Working shifts during our extended hours (yes, some nights until 11pm!)

Qualifications

3+ years previous barista and cafe management experience Smart serve certification (required) and Food Handler certification (preferred) Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to multitask while keeping cool under pressure Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Availability for

Mon-Thurs: 7:30am-11:30pm

Fri-Sun: 8:30am-7:30pm
