We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic All Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, ensuring that every guest has a delightful experience. As an All Rounder, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cafe's operations, providing excellent service, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality food and beverages.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and payments. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling techniques is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
