We are looking for a skilled
CAD/CAM Dental Technician
to join our growing dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital design and fabrication, a keen eye for precision, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality in every case.Duties
Operate
CAD/CAM software
to design dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, digital dentures, and orthodontic appliances. Utilize3D scanning technology
to capture accurate measurements and data for both digital and analog model cases. Review and verify all digital designs, ensuring precision, accuracy, and adherence to prescribed specifications. Performquality control checks
on all cases leaving the print room--inspecting nightguard fittings, removing pins from models, and verifying bite accuracy. Maintainmilling machines
, including replacing burs, changing touch-off pads, and performing regular calibrations. Collaborate closely with dental professionals and lab technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.Skills
Minimum
1 year of dental CAD/CAM experience
. Proficiency with dental design software. Strong understanding ofdental anatomy
and laboratory workflows. Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively
