The Team

This position is part of the NEXII Sales, Support & Design Team.



We're the team that connects our construction customers' needs with our production facilities. Made up of engineers, project managers, Revit techs, and CAD designers, we take building design concepts and turn them into manufacturable panelized systems. Whether it's refining designs, solving technical challenges, or coordinating with production, we make sure everything flows smoothly from idea to installation.

What you'll do:

Create highly detailed Inventor models, families, schedules and sheets, maintaining the highest QC standards Participate in generating production models and drawings for current and future client projects Conduct internal review of shop drawings and fabrication releases with the production facility to ensure constructability Modify and revise designs to correct deficiencies or incorporate instructions and comments onto drawings. Consistently check the work for accuracy Perform various tasks such as creating, analyzing, verifying, and managing drawings and building information model (BIM) content Update and consolidate the BIM model content and perform clash detection throughout the project life cycle.

What you'll bring:

Experience in Inventor is a must. Diploma and/or Degree in CAD and BIM Technology or related fields (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) from a recognized technological institute

3-9 years of experience in drafting or modelling.

Strong 2D & 3D skills.

Create highly detailed Inventor models, families, schedules and sheets, maintaining the highest QC standards

Knowledge of parametric modelling and data analysis

Interest in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries
