Overview

We are a

display manufacturing company

seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

CAD Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have

at least 1 year of experience

and be proficient in

AutoCAD

and

CNC programming

. You will work closely with our design and production departments to create accurate technical drawings and support fabrication operations.

Duties

Prepare

2D and 3D CAD drawings in AutoCAD

for manufacturing and assembly. Read and interpret

engineering and design drawings

. Revise and update existing designs to improve functionality, efficiency, or compliance with standards.

Create and modify CNC programs for production

- must have hands-on experience. Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines. Prepare technical documentation, including assembly instructions and part lists. Assist in reviewing prototypes or models for accuracy and feasibility before production. Maintain organized digital files of all CAD drawings for easy retrieval and version control.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CAD Designer or similar role, with proficiency in industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks. Strong understanding of engineering principles, drafting standards, and manufacturing processes. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise and error-free drawings. Ability to interpret technical sketches, specifications, and verbal instructions effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Pay: $18.36-$30.86 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
