Cabinets Installation Manager
Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Cabinets Installation Manager to cover Calgary and the surrounding area.
Installation Manager has full responsibility for leading and managing all the cabinet installers, overseeing multiple projects at a time. He/She will be responsible for the coordination of plant production, shipping and management of subcontractors and ensuring each project is completed effectively on time.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating the Installation teams to meet the time and quality requirements.
Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure that all the required materials are ready for timely delivery.
Coordinate with company inspector for timely inspections.
Monitor the quality of the installations through regular on-site reviews.
Administrative duties in accordance with the role.
Communicate with customer's site management to ensure proper installation schedule.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience of working in a management role, within the Kitchen or Millwork Industry
Technical Knowledge of installations and the related problems that may arise.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time management skills are essential.
Class 5 Driving License
Own Vehicle (milage will be paid)
