About the Role

We're looking to add a

Service Technician with 5+ years of experience installing, servicing or building cabinetry

. In this senior role, you'll be the face of CW Kitchens on job sites and in customer homes. You'll drive a company-supplied service van (with tools provided), follow your daily schedule, and handle service calls at builder sites and homeowner residences. The role is hands-on, requiring cabinetry repairs, adjustments, and assessments.

What You'll Do

Visit builder sites and customer homes to complete service and warranty work Repair, adjust, or replace cabinetry components (doors, drawers, hardware, panels, etc.) Assess service needs, take accurate notes, and communicate next steps Represent CW Kitchens with professionalism and excellent customer service Maintain van, tools, and equipment in clean and organized condition Follow safety protocols and conduct yourself appropriately on active construction sites

What We're Looking For

5+ years cabinetry or millwork installation/service experience is required

Strong carpentry or cabinetry skills, with attention to detail and quality Professional communication and appearance; confident speaking with homeowners and builders Familiarity with active construction sites and safety requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record
