Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring, building, and fabricating high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the final products meet their specifications.

Responsibilities

Restore and repair existing cabinetry and furniture to enhance their appearance and functionality. Build custom cabinets according to client specifications, ensuring precision in measurements and cuts. Fabricate components using various woodworking tools and machinery, adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with other carpenters and construction professionals on installation projects. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute designs accurately. Perform installation of cabinets in residential or commercial settings, ensuring proper fit and finish. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking or carpentry. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong skills in building, fabricating, restoring, and installing cabinetry. Familiarity with construction painting techniques is a plus. Ability to operate woodworking machinery safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
