Overview:
We are seeking an individual to join our team, as a Cabinet Installer Helper. Cabinets Solutions on 150 Roe Ave. Gander NL, is looking to fill an available positions. Experience is not required but is an asset, as training will be provided.

Duties will include but are not subject to installing cabinetry. Applicants must have a good work ethic, ability to multitask, meticulous, work well with other and willing to take instructions from shop facilitators. You will be responsible for assembling and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. This is a full-time position, and pay will be discussed during interview based on experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Help our Installer with installations.
- Follow detailed instructions and specifications to meet project requirements
- Inspect finished cabinets for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs

- Assembling and repairing any imperfections to ensure quality is meet.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:
- Previous experience is an asset but is not mandatory.
- Proficient in cabinet finishing techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
