Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable cabinet maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building, delivering and installing high calibre cabinetry and millwork, possess a keen eye for detail, and be willing to assist in the shop during slower installation periods. Our company is small so this is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of our team.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a cargo van with trailer in tow to deliver cabinetry and millwork to various locations. Install custom cabinetry and millwork according to design specifications and blueprints. Ensure all installations meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations. Assist in the shop with various tasks related to the cabinetry field. Conduct heavy lifting as required during installations and material handling. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in cabinetry or finish carpentry is preferred. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools is essential. Valid driver's license with strong driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment and independently. Familiarity with Mozaik design software is an asset.
