Job Description

Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made, or prepare specifications, Trim joints and fit parts and sub assemblies together to form complete unit and reinforce joints, Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics, Set up and operate woodworking machines and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components, Build cabinetry, solid wood doors and other architectural woodwork mainly for upscale residences. This is a craft based work shop where you do real woodworking and not a manufacturer of volume cabinetry or other products.Cabinetmaker Trade Certification; Joiner (Cabinetmaker) Trade Certification preferred, but not required. Experience is an asset and will be recognized. 1st Period Apprentice, 2nd Period Apprentice, 3rd Period Apprentice, 4th Period Apprentice may apply and will be will be considered.Benefit package availableWork remotely
