About the Role

We're hiring an experienced

Cabinet Installer

to join our growing commercial millwork team. This role focuses on

night-shift installations

for large-scale commercial interior fit-outs, primarily grocery stores.

The position requires

regular out-of-town travel across Western Canada

, with all travel expenses fully covered. If you have hands-on experience installing millwork, cabinetry, or commercial fixtures and enjoy structured, project-based work, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Installing

Wall protection (plywood, laminate, aluminum & ABS trims) Fascia and display trims (brackets, MDF/melamine faces, fillers) Custom fillers, displays, shelving Customer service desks Washroom vanities Kitchenettes Office counters and cabinetry Owner-supplied kiosks (pharmacy, bank, coffee, mobile, etc.) Decor packages and strut systems for hanging decor
Key Responsibilities

Install company-fabricated and client-supplied millwork Read and interpret drawings and blueprints Work independently or as part of a team Lead and coordinate small crews (2-4 installers) Guide and mentor junior installers Communicate effectively with on-site representatives Maintain professional conduct on active jobsites Follow safety procedures and quality standards Use hand and power tools efficiently Use work-related software or technology as required
What We're Looking For

Experience in commercial millwork or cabinet installation Ability to complete projects on schedule Strong coordination and communication skills Comfortable adapting to changing jobsite conditions Experience supervising or leading small crews Reliable, dependable, and professional
Schedule & Requirements

Night shift (occasional weekends and overtime) Willing to travel out of town for up to

6 weeks at a time

Reliable transportation within Calgary and surrounding areas First Aid is an asset (not required)
Compensation
