We are seeking a

Cabinet Designer

to join our team in

Richibucto, NB

and support the continued growth of our kitchen and cabinet design department. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys working directly with customers, and is motivated to contribute to sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience in

kitchen design or residential/home design

is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Cabinet Design & Sales

Assist customers in designing their kitchens and cabinet projects by providing expert advice on layout, materials, functionality, and finishes. Create detailed and accurate designs cabinet design software. Guide customers through the selection process while ensuring designs meet their needs, timelines, and budgets. Prepare quotes, proposals, and design presentations. Manage cabinet orders with suppliers from start to finish. Inspect cabinet orders upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality. Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Sales Growth & Customer Development

Support sales growth through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive offerings.

Marketing & Team Support

Participate in marketing initiatives to increase visibility and lead generation (social media, promotions, events, etc.). Support other Home Hardware team members when time permits. Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

2 to 5 year's experience in customer service Experience in cabinet design, kitchen design, or residential/home design is an asset. Proficiency design software. Strong communication skills. Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
