:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker & Service Technician to join our team. This role involves the fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom cabinetry, as well as handling service calls for adjustments and repairs to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinets and millwork with precision Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Perform on-site service work, including adjustments, repairs, and touch-ups Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Repair and restore existing cabinets in the remodeling and restoration industry Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide cabinet construction

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker Strong knowledge of woodworking materials (plywood, MDF, laminates, etc.) Proficiency with woodworking machinery, tools, and hardware installation Ability to troubleshoot and perform service work efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with natural and synthetic stone countertop installation Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills
