The Cabin Interior Performance Manager is responsible to develop and perform cabin inspections aligned with commercial standards as well as perform pre/post airframe audits.   • Perform the aircraft interior (Cabin) condition inspections based on commercial standards
  • Support the development and maintain inspection check lists within iAuditor or a similar audit platform tool to meet the commercial requirements
  • Responsible for the cabin condition inspection program
  • Work closely with planning on the inspections schedule
  • Perform aircraft exterior and cabin inspections, including pre/post airframe audits.
  • Achieve a defined target number of inspections per station based on aircraft schedule.
  • Compile audit result and ID opportunity for improvement
  • Perform Time & Motion in relation to cabin maintenance program
Qualifications
  • Certification from an accredited college or University in Aircraft maintenance. AME an asset
  • Minimum 5 years relative experience in maintenance in an Airline environment.
  • Familiar with Transport Canada Aviation regulations and norms
  • technical background in aircraft maintenance, an AME license is an asset
  • Familiar with Health Canada regulations and norms
  • Ability to create, update and close maintenance defect
  • Demonstrated capability to carryout independently projects or developments of high complexity to their successful completion within the budgeted time and cost.
  • Ability to engage, motivates, and facilitates a cross-functional work team to achieve objectives.
  • Must possess excellent and demonstrable project management skills and experience in delivering large projects
  • Demonstrated experience in cost & benefit tracking, and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong orientation towards change management and passionately focused on measurable results
  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and use of the internet.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable verbal and written communication in English and French.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to shift priorities on an ad hoc basis and flexibility with working hours.
