Responsibilities:
- Ensure parts availability;
- Verify and place parts orders;
- Manage rush orders;
- Follow-up on deliveries;
- Order office supplies;
- Work closely with all other departments;
- Perform any other related task.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset;
- Interest for administrative work;
- Knowledge of Serti;
- Good team spirit;
- Able to respect deadlines.
