is seeking a skilled and reliable
Full-Time Butcher/Meat Cutter
to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of cuts including beef, pork, poultry, and specialty meats & Sausage
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the prep and storage areas
Ensure accurate labeling and proper rotation of stock
Interact with customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
Assist with inventory control and ordering as needed
Work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to support daily production needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a retail or food service environment
Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques
Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
