Early morning, morning, day, weekendDuties
Clean and prepare meat before it is processed or cut Break down whole carcasses, sides, and quarters Create custom meat cuts based on customer requests Cut, trim, and prepare regular meat portions Debone various types of meat Weigh meat items for retail sale Cut poultry into individual pieces Label meat products with prices Cut fish into fillets and steaks Produce specialty sausages Slice cooked or prepared meats Arrange meat, poultry, and seafood displays for presentation Form, tie, and secure roasts and other meat, poultry, or seafood items
Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English Secondary (high) school graduation certificate 1 to less than 2 years of related experience Accurate, organized, and client-focused
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Standing for extended periods Physically demanding Attention to detail Hand-eye coordination
