VONEX BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is motivated, organized, and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound prospecting of qualified leads. This position requires the ability to develop relationships with potential clients and drive new business.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new clients and develop relationships with potential clients
Develop a pipeline of qualified leads from various sources including cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
Conduct phone screenings and qualify prospects for new business
Understand client needs and requirements
Develop referral strategies to build relationships with prospects
Build referral networks within your organization and outside organizations as well
Create sales pitches and presentations to introduce new products/services to prospective clients
Track sales metrics (customers sold, deals made, profit)
Other duties as assigned by manager
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to make cold calls & prospect for new business
Strong listening skills and ability to identify needs and problems in prospective clients
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience working in a sales environment preferred but not required

Experience:
B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
Cold calling: 3 years (preferred)
Selling office equipment or supplies: 1 year (preferred)

Driving Licence (preferred)
