We're expanding quickly and need a

Business Systems & Growth Manager

who can help transform us from spreadsheets and manual processes into a scalable, integrated, and data-driven business.

What You'll Do

Lead the company-wide

implementation of Simpro job management software

Transition existing spreadsheets and manual workflows into automated, integrated systems Oversee

inventory and purchasing system setup

, ensuring alignment with job costing and financial reporting Implement and manage a

CRM system

to improve lead tracking, client communication, and project visibility Collaborate with leadership and department heads to design

KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems

Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support ongoing

business development and strategic growth projects

What We're Looking For

Proven experience with

Simpro, ServiceM8, Jobber

, or other field service management platforms Strong background in

operations, process improvement, or business systems management

Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect office, field, and leadership teams Tech-savvy and confident implementing

new tools, automations, and integrations

Self-starter who thrives on structure, measurable results, and getting things done
