OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY: Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, the Business Systems Analyst position is a broad IT role drawing on expertise with Business Systems and their underpinning data. This includes the creation of all plans for ensuring data consistency, definitions, security, and usability.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supporting, Maintaining, Upgrading, and Mitigating Risk for financial and business systems
• Administer user security and access rights for various financial information systems
• Troubleshooting
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting considering and avoiding potential future issues, mitigating damage from future incidents
• Maintaining and Developing documentation and training resources
• Identifying, recommending and implementing business process improvements
• Working collaboratively with our Data Base Administrator to improve business systems
• Acting as lead for IT-related initiatives from for internal departmental integration initiatives
• Extracting Business Insights and Driving Efficiencies through Data Analysis, Information Delivery, and Process and System Improvement.
• Ad Hoc Projects

POSITION QUALIFCATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience

• Degree, Diploma or Certifications in related disciplines such as computer systems technology, finance, or accounting.
• Five (5) years of experience with a professional services firm
• Experience with Dynamics SL, Dynamics CRM, Concur, Unanet, Papersave, and UKG is highly useful
• Scripting/Programming with PowerShell
