Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, security, and adherence to Client Fully Managed StandardsQualifications
Proven experience in IT environment assessments, IT system audits, or related roles particularly in the SMB and professional services markets.
Strong understanding of Microsoft based technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure and Server operating systems (roles and features)
Familiarity with Client Fully Managed tools is an asset: N-Central RMM, IT Glue, Datto, Lion Guard, Cisco Meraki
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to obtain information
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Nice to have
Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud
