The role requires strong organizational skills and a keen interest in learning and understanding bank processes and requirements. The Business Systems Analyst should be comfortable building relationships within our team and among the broader space that we govern. The ability to work in a team environment is key. The successful candidate should have strong organization skills, knowledge or the capability to learn CIBC standards and requirements, deviation and deficiency management and business continuity planning skills.At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed during your interview.How you\'ll succeedUnderstanding and Documenting Requirements \xe2\x80\x93 You will work closely with subject matter experts to build your knowledge base around CIBC standard requirements and policies in order to communicate effectively.Relationship Building \xe2\x80\x93 You will build strong relationships and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirementsWho you areYou have 2+ years analytical experience. It is an asset if you have experience with Business Continuity Management Processes and Deviation Management as well as knowledge of Project management and Agile methodologies to support teams with Change Management initiatives.You have proficiency with MS Suite of application with the ability to learn new applications.You have a degree/diploma in Business, and/or a related field or equivalent experience for the role.You put our clients first.
